Responsibilitis:
As an Insulation Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing a variety of insulation systems, including batt and poly, blown-in attic insulation, and spray foam in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Duties include preparing work areas, measuring and cutting insulation materials, sealing and fitting insulation to code, and cleaning job sites post-installation. You’ll work closely with crew leads to ensure each project meets New Age Insulation’s quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has hands-on construction or trade experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. A valid driver’s license, comfort working at heights or in confined spaces, and the ability to lift heavy materials are required. Experience with insulation or spray foam systems is an asset, but on-the-job training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilitis:
As an Estimator, you’ll assess project plans, blueprints, and site conditions to develop accurate insulation quotes and proposals. You’ll work directly with builders, contractors, and homeowners to recommend appropriate insulation solutions based on project goals, budget, and code requirements. Additional responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing detailed estimates, and supporting the sales team with follow-ups and client communication.
Requirements:
We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a background in construction or insulation services. Proficiency in reading blueprints and using estimating software is essential. Excellent communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage multiple projects are key to success in this role. Experience in the insulation or building industry is preferred.
